Asoudeh Designs is an interior design studio located at 25371 Mustang Dr, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. This policy covers this website only.

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and the message you write.
• Technical information collected with a submission. To detect and block spam we record the browser user-agent string and the network (IP) address associated with a contact form submission.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for security and reliability.

This website sets no advertising, analytics or profiling cookies, and it loads no advertising pixels, session-recording tools or social media trackers. Because no nonessential tracking technology is used, no cookie consent banner is displayed.

Two third parties do receive a request from your browser when a page loads: Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces, and our content delivery network, which serves photographs. Those providers can see your IP address and browser type as part of delivering the file. Neither is used to track you across other websites.

If we later add analytics or marketing tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any nonessential technology loads.

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act — you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Email us to make a request.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

The site is served over HTTPS, form input is validated on our server before it is stored, and no keys or secrets are exposed in the browser. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.
